Night At The Infirmary currently has official completion milestones for Night 1, Night 2, Night 3, and Night 4. Roblox badge data proves those four completion targets exist. It does not publish each night’s patient count, task order, new anomaly roster, reward, or ending. This hub therefore separates first-party milestone evidence from the route detail available in current community walkthroughs.
Pick the night you are playing
Night 1
Learn the examination loop, complete the community-observed ten-patient teaching shift, and fix the first task stalls.
Night 2
Read changed instructions, handle an observed twelve-case target, and approach the faceless warning without overreacting.
Night 3
Use the official milestone and the current task as your route while patient totals and ending claims remain unconfirmed.
Night 4
Prepare for the newest badge-backed shift, carry forward a disciplined protocol, and avoid importing stale UPD3 assumptions.
Start with Night 1 even if you already know other anomaly games. The directly relevant current treatment workflow differs from the window/photo/CCTV loop published by older competing pages. Learning the task, bed, form, diagnostic, treatment, sanity, and anomaly-response relationships in the current experience is more valuable than bringing confidence from a different game or guide.
What is confirmed for every night
Each night has a completion badge in the official universe. The official description says you work a night shift, patients arrive, and some may not be what they seem. The creator also identifies the experience as beta and warns about flashing lights and jumpscares.
The repeatable operational core comes from community sources: keep one patient active, follow the displayed objective, use the available patient information and checks, continue normal treatment only while the evidence remains consistent, and finish the case before moving to the next. That method is useful across all four nights because it follows live state instead of a hard-coded patient script.
Night-by-night evidence map
The table is a planning aid, not a claim that later nights contain less gameplay. It records what can be published responsibly now. Where detail is sparse, the individual page answers how to start, run, troubleshoot, and finish the badge-backed shift without padding the gap with invented facts.
Carry one protocol forward
Before every night, check the update title and read the opening instructions. During the shift, keep the current patient tied to the active objective. Establish identity and injury context, use the diagnostics the game provides, and distinguish a normal treatment branch from an anomaly response. At the end of the case, confirm the task changed before adding another patient.
Later nights are where autopilot becomes dangerous. A familiar tool can still appear in a changed branch. A normal-looking reading can coexist with a suspicious behavior report. A dramatic visual can be a useful clue or part of sanity pressure. Use the Detection guide to choose a second evidence category instead of guessing.
Prepare for a new night
Check Shop and Classes in the lobby rather than during a patient task. Equip a class because its role addresses a known problem, not because a community list calls it best. Review Class Selection if movement, operation speed, sanity support, or anomaly response is slowing the run.
Then inspect your input prompts and accessibility settings. Know how to put away a tool, where the task text appears, and how to open the form or relevant panel. A later night should test decisions, not whether you remember a control copied from the wrong platform.
Recover when the night goes off route
If the shift stalls, return to the active patient and task. Check bed placement, the requested tool, treatment completion, the form/computer decision, cleanup, and the next-patient control. If evidence becomes impossible mid-treatment, stop the remembered branch and use the current response prompt.
If a fresh update appears different from these pages, trust the server. Record the update label and exact task rather than forcing an older patient total. Use Troubleshooting before rejoining; use a fresh server after local checks fail.
Solo and squad night planning
Solo players benefit from a compact route and deliberate pauses. Keep the next required object in mind, but do not stage several unresolved cases. Use a class that reduces your actual bottleneck and keep sanity high enough to read accurately.
In a squad, assign a task reader, tool operator, and decision-maker. Repeat evidence aloud. On Night 3 and Night 4, this role clarity is especially useful because public walkthrough detail is thinner and the team cannot rely on a universal script.
Nights FAQ
How many nights are in Night At The Infirmary?
Four completion milestones are officially visible for this checkpoint: Night 1 through Night 4.
How many patients are in each night?
Current community walkthroughs report ten for Night 1 and an observed twelve for Night 2. Safe exact totals for Night 3 and Night 4 are not published here.
Are there multiple endings?
The official badges confirm completed nights, not the number or conditions of endings. No separate ending page is justified yet.
Do nights unlock in order?
The badge sequence and guide flow support playing them in order, but this page does not claim an exact unlock rule or skip condition without a current live check.
Which related guide matters most?
Use Patient Protocol for the case loop, Sanity for pressure management, and Tools for station-specific help.
