The current community-documented class list contains nine names. Six prices are repeated by two current exact-game sources; three appear in one detailed source. This is a lookup page, not an official balance sheet. Always read the current in-game panel before spending Shards or Robux.
Price and evidence lookup
“Role” summarizes third-party descriptions; it does not promise a precise effect. If the live panel uses different wording, trust the panel.
Lower-cost entries
Rookie, Ward Assistant, and Receptionist form the currently reported sub-1,000-Shard group. Rookie is the lowest documented experiment with the system. Ward Assistant may appeal to players losing time around supplies, but it has only one current source in this evidence set. Receptionist is commonly framed around patient flow; that can help a coordinated group, but it should not replace reading the active task.
For a first purchase, compare frequency. A small benefit used on every patient can be more valuable than a dramatic effect that appears once per shift. Check whether the class is equipped automatically and whether a lobby change applies to the next run.
Middle-cost entries
Surgeon, Survivor, and Chief Doctor occupy the reported 1,000-to-2,500 range. Community descriptions point toward treatment, resilience, and broad medical support respectively. Those labels are useful for shortlisting, not for calculating exact time saved.
If treatment tasks are your bottleneck, observe the live Surgeon and Chief Doctor descriptions side by side. If panic or damage ends the run before task completion, compare Survivor instead. Chief Doctor remains a single-source roster entry here, so verify both its availability and cost.
Higher-cost entries
Therapist, Exorcist, and Plague Doctor require the largest documented balances. Therapist is reported as sanity-oriented, Exorcist as anomaly-response-oriented, and Plague Doctor as a premium specialist. High cost increases the need for verification; it does not increase evidence quality.
Before purchasing, ask whether the benefit applies solo, to nearby teammates, or to a specific tool. Current sources do not safely establish those boundaries. If the panel shows percentages or level scaling, record the current wording rather than importing a number from a guide screenshot.
Verify a class in the live menu
- Confirm you joined the official Place ID
101610294550592. - Open the class panel before starting a night.
- Compare the class name, currency, price, effect text, and any level requirement.
- Check whether the class is already owned, equipped, or only previewed.
- Spend only after the displayed balance and intended role agree.
- Reopen the panel to confirm ownership and equip state.
If a purchase does not appear, do not repeat a Robux charge. Capture the Roblox transaction state and use official support paths.
What this list does not claim
It does not claim a complete official roster, a tier list, an exact perk table, or a permanent price list. It does not convert descriptive phrases into percentages. It also does not assume an expensive class completes patient tasks automatically.
For budgeting, use class progression. For a role decision, use class selection. For the broader context, return to the Classes hub.
